"Bridge over the abyss"
(between the digitized Man and his digitized Soul)
1. Man

The problem of modern Man is on one side of this abyss.

1.1. This problem of man is that he does not realize that he has changed.
We live in the digital age. A Man changes, but he does not realize this. We no longer see the wildlife, we look at it, how it would look on the screen of an iPhone, a smartphone, and this is all the pixels, the program code.
"The person reasonable" has turned to "the person of the digitized".

1.2. The reason for this non-recognition of our new self is our stereotypes, specifically - belief to authoritative opinions and lack of time for independent understanding of information.

1.3. How to break these our stereotypes? I show the man our new digitized Soul in the my new digital artwork. Directly.
2. The Soul

2.1. Creativity is a otherwise vision of everyday-mundane life.
The artist's task was to inspire person from to a new look at life, inspire person from to a new perspective.

2.2. Composition in painting is an expression of the artist's soul. Abstract painting is a concentrated art composition. It is, a soul without a body - it is a art without of concrete images. The new "digital abstraction" is a new digitized Soul.

2.3. Digitized creativity is a vision of new perspective in a digitized life. The artist's task is still the same - inspire your vision of life to different perspective.

This is the other shore of abyss.
3. Bridge over the abyss

3.1. I see the solution to the it problem as understanding by a person of change that was happened to him and the his world .

To decide the this problem of man - a man need to have the ability to adapt to his new digital soul. I try to show to man in my artworks that our virtual reality has more become a our real reality.

And getting information in this new form, a person is able to understand more about about yourself.

3.2. In our digital era, artist's view of life also becomes digitized. I created a new images with new meanings.

3.3. The essence of our digital age is something like a quantum matrix of the possible. I realized this in August 18, 2017, looking at one of the open cells of the of the storage boxes in supermarket. There was a book there. And what is hidden in others cells?

And I thought that in our digital age is all the closed cells suddenly opened up at once. We has come off from a specific place and a specific time. We can be in different places in the past and the future at the same time.

This is the bridge over the abyss.
4. Exposition

4.1. The exposition consists of separate my art works, composed together into art-array. A separate art-work about how the Bible would look like if the world was created by a Computer. Together they are the gospel of the Quantum Computer.

4.2. In every single of my work there is white and black. It's like a gulf between Light and Darkness - between which the Soul is. On this metaphor of life I was pushed by a tragedy. In 2017 in Moscow, the Union of Artists of Russia and the Russian Academy of Fine Arts destroyed my art works in my art studio in Moscow. They tore them to shreds.

4.3. I collected these scraps and created new art compositions from them. The missing fragment is "0", present is fragment is "1". Like bits of computer code. I wanted to decode this code. Visually. I digitized all these fragments in the computer.

And I saw in these art-array a quantum matrix of own thinking. When possible images exist all together, before the moment when a person's view will choose one from them as their reality.

I realized that all types of our thinking exists there simultaneously there. That they are all the same. This is the cell of our thoughts. And, we should be more tolerant towards everyone. There are no bad or good types of thinking. Together they make up a clear structure.

This structure is our message to the Universe.
5. Metaphor

5.1. The digital age gave us a simple metaphor for the new our soul - it's a quantum computer. And we are just the pixels that make up its screen. For 35 thousand years people tried to see the image that the universe sees on this screen of our thoughts. I also tried, more than thirty-five years, and now, on August 18, 2017, I finally saw it. It's like a building. Which has columns and beams separating the rooms, And in these rooms live our discourses - schemes of our thinking.
5.2. Another metaphor. Humanity is a colony of cosmic nano-spiders. Our work is weaving a web of thoughts. Some spiders create power threads, a frame of thought, others weave threads weaker, others - frankly fuss than create ornamentalistiku. The universe can not in any way teach us to weave something meaningful and and that's why sends signs of its language - patterns that we considered a vision of the transcendent. The universe sends signs of its language - patterns that we considered a vision of the transcendent.
5.3. Another metaphor for our thinking is a spaceship. It spaceship has an engine - the ultimate clarity of thought. There are thoughts less clear, this is the housing, the frames of the ship, the team. And there are passengers, like animals in the Noah's Ark. They spend time eating and multiplying, and also playing all sorts of games, for example - in the social structure of their dreams, when such a structure is this space ship itself. Now the most important question is whither are we flying?

Books: "Fairy tales of the starry sky", 1997, "The Gospel of the Computer", 2017
Artist Statement: I see the separation of a new digitized person with his new digitized soul and try to draw a bridge over this abyss.
I'm a synaesthetic and since childhood I have been drawing rhythms, like the concept structures that I see in everything.
As tools and materials I use an iPhone and a computer.
I see modernity as a person's discovery of new abilities. Creativity has an eternal goal - the achievement of the "unattainable" indivisibility of art and life. To do this, a modern tool appeared - a new quantum view of life, as a free combinations of the signifier and the signified.
From individual art works, as from fragments, I compile arrays (tables) to show the rhythm structure of the Possible. I see it structure of the possible in life. The difference between this method and the video is that the storyline of the video is already a certain view of a person unfolded in time. But I'm interested in the internal structure of the whole quantum table possible, before this definite choice.
Part 2. Video on canvas
Part two is video performance. The projection of video - pictures performed by me on the iPhone - on the whole hall, including spectators and pictures. Rhythms of canvas-tables "tear" the video. And choreography in the projector's rays.
